Shwmae! The year 6 team are Mr Fuchs, Mrs R Gwilym

We really enjoy working with the oldest pupils in the school, helping them grow and develop into the wonderful young people God calls them to be.  We support and encourage each one as they take on the roles and responsibilities of leaders in our school. We aim to create a team where each member feels valued and is able to contribute to the running of the classroom, the school and the wider community. Pupils in year 6 are confident in expressing their views, listening to others, trying new challenges and pushing themselves beyond their comfort zones. This is all good preparation for the next step in their education in high school.

Meet the team!

Mr Fuchs is a big fan of reading and will read anywhere- on the couch, on a mountain or in line at the grocery store. He loves bringing that passion for reading into the classroom. He also enjoys weaving in stories, history, and experiences from around the world to make learning more fun and interesting. Outside of school, he enjoys watching football, exploring new places, diving into a good history book or hanging out with his dog.
