The Parish Priest of Our Lady and St. Michael's is Fr. Matthew Carney OSB, he is a monk and priest of Belmont Abbey In Hereford, the Benedictine Monastery that has served this parish for the last 50 years or so.

Fr. Matthew has been in post since May last year. He visits the school regularly, celebrating class masses, attending assemblies, and helping with the the delivery of the RE curriculum whenever asked by staff.

Children from the school regularly come over to the Parish Church, for tours, parish masses on a Tuesday and occasional full school masses. Fr. Matthew is also a Governor of the school.
